This is the corrected flieglTDKM_HardPoint.xml for HP_Trailer of Blacksheep13.90:

With this XML the pad moves when tipping out completely.
More has not been changed in the file.
To install you need only open the Zip and exchange flieglTDKM_HardPoint.xml.
