Volvo VNL 2018 v1.8 (upd. 09.01.19) 1.33.x

Volvo VNL 2018, update 1.18 (1.33.x): moved kickplate locator for easier use, updated auxiliary brake lines, updated engines, added normal maps for interior textures.

Moved all upgrades to the volvo_vnl_2018 folder, cleaned up textures, changed cabin files to 760 and 860.sii, added support for animated cables, separated mudflaps on the long chassis, added collision boxes for cabins, added adaptive loading and tag chassis.

Added proper engines, removed engines that aren't available in real life, cleaned up interior textures, and fixed an incorrect look name.
