Storage power plant

Here is a small power plant without storage function for you.

Is well suited as an embellishment designed object for maps, but the size of the river in the standard map.

Of course, scalable.

I built this building is not me but my little sister, which is reflected in the details, but nevertheless I thought that someone could use it.
