Peterbilt 389 Red Interior

Adds a red interior to the stock Peterbilt 389 in American Truck Simulator.

Only textures are replaced, compatible with the standard SCS model, with optional Convoy mode support. The leather look of the Steering Creations Pack DLC is also switched from black to red. No performance impact.
