Peterbilt 389 - Long chassis, Day cab, 625 W900 Cat Engine

Peterbilt 389 with a long chassis, day cab and a 625 hp W900 Cat engine ("King of the Hill") for American Truck Simulator.

Tested in singleplayer on version 1.38.x and in both singleplayer and multiplayer on 1.37.x; multiplayer testing for 1.38 is still pending but should be unproblematic since it only uses existing game assets.
