Improved Wilson Pacesetter EDIT

This is the updated Wilson made by 7L Farms with the following additions:
- Fixed flashing light issue
- Fixed issue with Seasons preventing both compartments from being unloaded
- Added rear hitch
- Changed capacity to 100k liters and adjusted suspension to behave properly with added capacity
