IH1480 and 1020 header

I have permission from Knagsted to release this. This is Knagsted's IH 1480 combine converted by me to LS11. Everything was tested and working, there were some problems i ran into while converting but i fixed all of them. All credits go to Knagsted for his excellent work on the combine. Its a pack so extract both files to your mods folder.

Problems fixed:

Flashing ground textures, successfully fixed
I added a base collision so you can refuel
I repositioned the cab camera because there was a problem where if you change to cab view the screen goes black but its fixed.

Hydrostat gear up: ]

Disable hydrostatic gearbox: Z
You can remap all of the controls however you want in the controls options in the menu.

Note: The only problem with the hydrostat script is that it doesn't stay going forward and backward when its enabled but it does work to keep the combine at a certain speed when your going forward or backward.
