Freightliner Service Truck

This mod is not mine I only make some improvements to the mod work how should be.With this mod now you can refill your vehicles with diesel and repair. - Removed all unnecessary files (original mod have 234mb this one have 129mb). - Add the scripts to work as a service truck. - Clean up the modname.xml (remove duplicate code and bad code). - The crane now can lift all implements.
