Advanced Helper

A full worker/employee management system.

Hire workers with unique skills that replace AI helpers.

Each worker has 3 values (scale 1/10 to 10/10):

- Efficiency (fuel consumption): 1/10 = +10% | 10/10 = -10%

- Driving (speed): 1/10 = -30% | 10/10 = normal speed

- Skill (vehicle wear): 1/10 = +20% | 10/10 = -20%

You can only activate as many AI helpers as you have employees hired.

Without employees, no helper can be activated.

Helpers are paid once per day but have no ongoing costs.

Costs depend on difficulty and worker quality.
